EULA - End User License Agreement

Please read the following terms carefully!

General:

The program you are currently using and all its parts are mentioned in the following as the SOFTWARE PRODUCT. The producer of the software is mentioned as the AUTHOR. This is an agreement between you, mentioned as USER, and the AUTHOR.

Unless you have a different license agreement signed by the author, your use of this SOFTWARE PRODUCT indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and its disclaimer. If you do not agree with any term of this agreement, stop using this SOFTWARE PRODUCT immediately!

Wherever you acquired this product this agreement is governed by the laws of Switzerland at the author's choosen court.

Disclaimer:

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as-is" and without any kind of warranty, expressed or implied, including but not limited to, any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

The author does not warrant that the functions of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will meet your requirements or that the operation of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will be uninterrupted or error free. You assume responsability for selecting the SOFTWARE PRODUCT to achieve your intended results, and for the use and the results obtained from the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

In no event shall the author be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential or incidental damages (including damages for loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of business information, and the like) arising out of the use or inability to use this SOFTWARE PRODUCT even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Distribution:

You may only distribute the evaluation version. Make sure all original files are included and that they are unchanged. If you want to include the trial version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a shareware CD, upload to an internet server or publishing screenshots in the press, you can do this without any charges or royalties. Nevertheless YOU HAVE to notify the AUTHOR at the following e-mail address or any other of our addresses mentioned within the program.

Registered Version:

By registering/buying you obtain a license for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Distribution of the licensed version, that means the registered version, is not allowed. You are not allowed to distribute any kind of registration codes or alogrithm to build them. If you distribute registration codes, code building alogrithms or crack programs, without the author's signed permission you agree to be guilty to pay a penalty for breach of contract of 2000.- US Dollar.

One registered copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT may either be used by a single person who uses the SOFTWARE PRODUCT personally on one stand-alone computer, or installed on a single workstation used nonsimultaneously by multiple people, but not both. For site- or worldwide licenses contact the author.

You may access the registered version of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT covering all workstations that will access the SOFTWARE PRODUCT through the network. For instance, if 8 different workstations will access the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on the network, each workstation must have its own license paid, regardless of whether they use the SOFTWARE PRODUCT at different times or concurrently.
Restrictions:

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the SOFTWARE PRODUCT under any circumstances.

You may not rent or lease the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

Copyright:

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not limited to any images, photographs, animations, video, audio, music, text, and "applets," incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT), the accompanying printed materials, and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT, are owned by the author or its suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international treaty provisions. Therefore, you must treat the SOFTWARE PRODUCT like any other copyrighted material except that you may either (a) make one copy of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT solely for backup or archival purposes, or (b) install the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on a single computer provided you keep the original solely for backup or archival purposes. You may not copy the printed materials accompanying the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
